November No News is Good News

Well, we're half way through November.  Soon we will have done our last radio interview in support of our recent releases, Henry's Hideaway and Amerikinda.  Maybe we'll even be able to get out of bed soon, as we hit a little slump following Election Day.

As a matter of fact, I am having a hard time blocking my current thoughts from making their way through my fingers to the keyboard to this post, the result being I am spending a lot of time deleting stuff so it will look like I'm actually focussed on taking the high road, being kind, doing good works, and remaining creative. That said, I'm not ruling out civil disobedience.  We shall see what we shall see!

Other than radio interviews, and our monthly duo gigs at Roxx on Main,  the Petaluma Adult Day Care Center, and Muirwoods Memory Care Center, not much is going on this month. Oh yeah, Thanksgiving.

HENRY IS GOING TO PLAY WITH METALLICA IN DECEMBER AT THEIR FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER IN L.A.!  And I get to go.  Whoo hoo!

Also in December, the Flying Salvias band will be playing at HopMonk Sebastopol Wednesday December 4 from 6  - 8:30 or so, with Sean Allen, Dave Golia, and Paul Revelli. Sunday, December 29, we'll be at San Gregorio Store from 2 - 5 to try to end the year in good spirits with our wingmen Dave Golia, Ken Owen, John Pearson, and David Phillips.

We will be taking the month of January off.

Here is a link to a tune by Teresa Tudury, entitled “Horrible People”.  We just had the pleasure of hearing her perform it.  Worth getting out of bed for!

Peace and love,

Kathleen (and Henry)
