Join us for a rather unusual event: the grand opening of the new San Mateo County Maple Street Correctional Center. This is San Mateo's new, co-ed, jail facility. There will be a ribbon cutting, tours, hors d'oeuvres, and us. This is a benefit for the Service League and if you believe in "Corrections with Compassion", rehabilitation over punishment, and want to help these good people continue their work, you may purchase a ticket to this event for $50, $30 of which is tax deductible.
